REFUND POLICY

If you are unsatisfied in any way with our publications, software, online webinars or online courseware; we offer a full refund if you purchased the product(s) from our Website within the last 30 days.

To arrange a refund, please forward your e-mail confirmation (receipt) proof of purchase to support@disabilityetiquettetraining.com.

We will send you an e-mail to notify you of your refund eligibility based on the proof of purchase information you provided and product package you returned to us (if any). You must also destroy all copies of the software you may have made or stored in any place, as well as remove the software from any computers owned or controlled by you.

Once your request for a refund is confirmed, a credit will be processed to your credit card account within 2 to 7 business days following confirmation of eligibility. You will receive an email advising you that the credit has been issued to your credit card.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at our discretion.  Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately following the posting of the revised Refund Policy on the www.disabilityetiquettetraining.com website.
